If you have a question about your order, please make sure your e-mail includes your name and your order number if you know it.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, Amazon, & PayPal.
  • Money orders and Cashier's Checks will also be accepted.
  • We DO NOT accept personal checks.

Ordering over the internet is safe, easy, and totally secure. When you order from Everything Nautical, you connect with our SSL-encrypted ordering system which protects your credit card and personal information.

  • The little lock symbol on the left hand side of the address bar indicates you are on a secure server.
  • Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line.
  • You will receive a follow up email containing tracking information when your order is shipped.
  • Some quantity discounts, shipping rates on certain internet specials, and shipping costs on international orders may NOT be shown on this confirmation, but WILL be reflected on your final invoice.
  • Everything Nautical has a $20.00 minimum order.

When you order by mail, please be sure to include all item #'s and the full item name and price, as well as your name address, phone and email (if available). Include $9.99 to cover standard shipping on all orders totaling less than $99.
