Made with a solid hardwood model sailboat that is mounted on a hand made cherry wood base, with brass lamp fittings. This excellent lamp is designed and constructed right here in the U.S.A. by skilled craftsmen, who happen to be sailors themselves. Each lamp is fabricated from imported model sailboats and are hand constructed from mixed hard and soft woods and rigged with realistic cotton rigging and cloth sails. The lamp base is made of solid cherry wood. The shades are cotton fabric over hardboard. There is a ample space to affix an engraved plaque for a very special gift.
The entire lamp is 21" tall. The sailboats are 7-3/4" long and 11" tall. The base is 10" long. This is a great small lamp for any nautical decor aboard a boat or ship, or a bedside lamp at home or in a child's room or cabin. Wherever a nice model sailboat lamp will add to the decor.
